CustomWorks AI keeps this simple. We collect what we need to talk to you and do the work, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to remove it.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you text or contact us, we keep your name, phone, email, and the details you share about your business.
- How the site is used. This can include page views, browser and device details, IP address, advertising click IDs, cookies, and campaign information.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics and Meta's Pixel and Conversions API to understand site traffic, connect ad clicks to survey submissions and booked calls, and improve our marketing. Where contact details are used for conversion matching, they are normalized and hashed before they are sent to Meta. We do not sell your information.
How we use it
- To reply to you and run your AI Systems Audit.
- To do the work you engage us for, and to improve how we do it.
- To keep the site working and secure.
Who sees it
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, under confidentiality, and only where the law requires it. That is the whole list.
Your data inside an engagement
When we build for you, the system runs on your own accounts and your own data. You own it. If we ever part ways, it keeps working without us. We do not take your business data with us.
Your choices
You can limit cookies through your browser and manage ad activity through your Google and Meta account settings. Text or email us and we will show you what we have or remove it. No form, no runaround.
