What we do
CustomWorks AI is an enterprise AI infrastructure firm. We diagnose, design, build, install, train, and maintain custom AI systems for owner-led businesses that outgrew their systems. The specifics of any project, including scope, fees, and timelines, are set in a written agreement, not on this site.
The selection rule
The selection rule described on this site means this: before we offer to build anything, we run your AI Systems Audit, conservative math built from your own numbers, and if we can't both see at least $100,000 of first-year upside, you keep the plan and we don't offer you a build. Any number modeled for your business depends on your own numbers as shown in your AI Systems Audit, and the exact mechanics for your engagement are written into your agreement, which governs.

Some figures on this site describe where systems are built to go, not results already booked. They are honest targets, framed as targets. Your own result depends on your business and is set against your own numbers in your AI Systems Audit.
Who owns what
What we build for you runs on your accounts and your data, and you own it. The general methods, frameworks, and tooling we bring to the work stay ours.
